Qolaraloq Attack! video - Yuuzhan Vong at War mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Behold the Yuuzhan Vong Army! This mod adds the Yuuzhan Vong Race as a playable faction and all units of this era. We are a community of modders working for the greater goal, so anyone who wants to help or support us is welcome!
Larger in size than the first Death Star, this monstrosity was constructed by Killiks granted the power of the force by the Son and the Daughter, whom the Killiks knew as the Architects. They christened their creation "Qolaraloq", although it is more commonly known under its Galactic Basic name, Centerpoint Station. The weapon generates its power through its location at a lagrangian point between the twin worlds Talus and Tralus in the Corellian system, and uses it to create huge quantities of nuclear, magnetic, electric, tractor beam and hyperspace power for use in a "hyperspace tractor beam"... And now you can obliterate Vong with it.

wow amazing shot! and these explosions looks beautful but i think the centerpointstation turn a bit to fast for a station at this scale
That is just for testing purposes, of course it would never turn that fast. It also wouldn't have a Star Destroyer icon, it's just a placeholder :)
It's also far too small.
Good point, I don't remember how large it is supposed to be but I'm pretty sure it's larger than both Death Stars?
Larger than DS1, smaller than DS2 I think... Wookieepedia states only the former

have you tried sticking it deeper into the weapon so that it is not glowing that much? otherwise a good job on making it work!

Would a skilled Centerpoint operator be able to hit (and therefore destroy) the warhead before it reached the station?
Or of course you could hit the Galaxy Gun before it fired at you...
Hyperspace laser... So if player controls Talus/Tralus, he can use it everywhere?

great job, but i have a question. the announcer audio sounds a bit off, is it in a different language, or is it the new speech files you put in? i could recognize some English, like "invasion" but that's about it.
Some of the speech is in German :)

Centerpoint Station
Building centerpoint has been a long endeavor... We are proud to finally release footage of it .
Centerpoint Station is located at the Corellia spacemap only. Players who conquer Corellia will be given a build choice: activate or not activate CP. Either choice will cause other reactions within the game connected to our diplomacy system. If CP is active , while during space battles the player owning corellia will be able to use the station to fire at enemies. The station also acts as a giant interdictor (passive) and has a heavy tractor beam capable of immobilizing SSD.
While on the Galaxy Map, the HyperVelocity Laser of CP can be fired and traveled to anywhere in the galaxy , where upon arrival, it will destroy an entire planet, thereby making it more deadly than the Death Star.
During space battles other than Corellia, the HyperVelocity laser can also be fired, emerging from a hyperspace wormhole and firing upon its target.
CP can not be destroyed, for it is simply too large.
Corellia will be a main flashpoint of the war , for whoever owns corellia owns the galaxy's deadliest weapon...
Why would you not atavate it
The Jedi strongly opposed using centerpoint after the destruction of the Hapan fleet. Choosing to use centerpoint will void the use of both the Jefi and the Hapans.
... And then the Jefi will Destroy You...

Really though, in San Marcos, Texas there is a restaurant called Centerpoint Station!
While nice, i dislike super weapons myself.
I played the video and as the station turned I felt a smile slowly appear on my face. When it fired I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. **** you, Vong. I'll **** you up. :D
Just wondering what would be the process of ridding this thing you say it can't so I guess its just a race to Corellia if anyone gets it huh. Also will you be resizing it? since its larger then the 1st Death star.
