A comprehensive bug-fixing mod for Petroglyph's "STAR WARS: Empire at War – Forces of Corruption" ("FoC") expansion. The goal of the Unofficial Forces of Corruption Patch (also "UFoCP") is to correct as many errors that Petroglyph ignored within FoC as possible, to whatever limit is available within the Alamo engine.
NOTE:
THIS REQUIRES THE LATEST UPDATED PATCH FOR FoC ONLY! RETAIL VERSIONS ARE NOT SUPPORTED, ONLY Steam COPIES! THIS WILL NOT WORK FOR THE MACINTOSH VERSION OF THE GAME!
Star Wars: Empire at War – Forces of Corruption: the eight-month-in-dev expansion. On its release, Forces of Corruption released with slews of bugs. Petroglyph released a bunch of patches in post, but many issues still remained.
The overall point of the UFoCP is to be a comprehensive one-does-all patch for FoC. The goal: to eventually fix every bug with FoC not officially resolved by Petroglyph, to the limits of what's possible in the Alamo engine and community-developed tools, in one package.
Features:
- Many gameplay, audio and text fixes.
- No "flavor" changes (changes made in personal taste). All changes are made as neutrally as possible, for the right and proper experience.
- Designed as a modular base for all mods that want it.
- A comprehensive readme (w/ credits), changelog, and in-game text changelog can be found in the main directory.
- This is an open community project, that can be contributed to on GitHub.
- Designed as the only good alternative to the other patches, and the most vanilla.
- Inspired by legends like Arthmoor, one of the authors of the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch, and the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch (among many others)!

Will there ever be a version of this for GoG Versions (or a similar type of mod?)
The mod should work with GoG Versions out of the box. The disclaimer just notes that I won't give support for non-Steam versions if there're any bugs/glitches/crashes, as those lack engine updates I may rely on for fixes/changes in the future.
Ooo I'm glad I found a mod which finally let's the Empire build Darth Vader and the Death Star, it's all I ever wanted! Everything else is just a bonus :D

does this patch is compatible with any mods? Like Thrawns revenge or Clone Wars or Remake mod?
I've not tested that, but it is unlikely UFoCP will help/is compatible, even if you load it first.
If there's any submods for UFoCP, they should, but I don't control that.

it doesnt launch at all and i use a steam copy
Make sure you're taking the folder inside the ZIP and putting it in your mods folder, the directory being "\corruption\Mods\UFoCP-[Version]\Data", then run it with the proper mod parameter "MODPATH=Mods\UFoCP-[Version]".
i do that and it doesnt do anything launches the base forces of corruption
