The Phantom Titan, developed by Cosmocrat is now 100% ready ingame, fully equipped with code love and balance.
You however will not see this unit until version 1.73. Version 1.72.6 will be the next release fixing many bugs and balance issues, along with two critical non functional disadvantages of the UA mod.

That looks really cool, but is there a way to add an effect which has small explosions coming off of the titan as it takes damage? It would make killing this behemoth that much more satisfying

If the Phantom Titan is 100% complete, why wait to put it in? The Eldar do need something to defend against the Reaver, after all. Plus, it looks awesome and I'm sure people would love to try it out while waiting for 1.73. =3

Except I can destroy the Phoenix with ease with an IDH Warhound. Don't know about the other Warhounds; however, since they can get dual Plasma Blast Guns, I suspect they'd also tear through the Phoenix.

Not anymore you can destroy a Phoenix with ease. Apparently it sucks against Void Shields.
Will the Avatar get a little biger, to fit the Forge World model ?
