You might have seen that mini with it.
Gameplay wise,it is the same as a Heavy Bolter.Just a visual variant(so your Havoks will use different HB as flavour).

Is this based on the Shadowspear models? If so Will your team update current in-game models based on boxsets/new units including primaris marines?
The Chaos Marines we have already look similar to the 8th Edition CSM.No need to fix what is not broken.
As for the Primaris,while they exist(made them),the team tends mostly to not.
