Adeptus Mechanicus Explorators mod intergration with UA Thread - Ultimate Apocalypse Mod (DOW SS) for Dawn of War

Would love to see this happen, presuming permissions and such were obtained from the original mod author.

According to the explorator team the task of integrating it falls to the UA team and lord cylarne. Unless a fan can do the necessary integration as a fan add-on then I think we're out of luck.

Id rather see a Mechanicum mod be developed for UA than porting Explorators. Explorators is great, but it focuses on one very niche section of the Mechanicum (explorers) which is the opposite of being all inclusive in UA. In addition, theyre pretty solidly based on Necrons, while id like to see AdMech be something a bit more unique.

I definitely think ideas should be taken from Exporators though, as again its a great mod in its own right.

I would love a mechanicum mod that takes inspiration from the others to be in ua, but aside from some fan making a whole faction roughly balanced and ai coded...well, you know. Person who can do this, if you're out there know the omnissiah needs you in this hour!
