It hovers a very light bit higher now, I think it's more noticeable now tho.

Um... no, looks like an ordinary predator to me. Maybe if you tried a video of it in motion...

It's a hover tank, not a flying tank. Take for example if a body is being held over ground with wires an inch over the floor--that person is still technically hovering over the floor. It may not be high, but it does pass the hover test. As long as it glides and doesn't touch the ground, it's a hover tank.
