Flamethrower turret?
Ah come now lets try to be a little more creative with our guesses (even though it is probably a flame turret.) How about a Tiberium toxin turret that turns organic targets into viceroids and deteriorates vehicle armor. Gotta have love for viceroids.

A combination flame/tiberium toxin turret, spewing forth a lethal combination of fire and toxin that decimates any target sent against it. To repel infantry attacks, commanders can switch it to the flame tank, sending a wall of flame into any oncoming infantry wave. If the enemy sends forth armor, the tiberium toxin tank is selected. With this now equipped, the turret can effectively counter enemy vehicles with armor-eating tiberium acid that coats vehicles and suffocates crews.

ok it's a turret that will fart on every enemie unit in range, killing the infantry, making the crews come out of the tanks and making the aircrafts crash

Its gotta be a pig catapult.
The carcasses could kill troops and can do serious damage to antennas and fragile optical equipment so the tank crews won't be able to see and radio back to base. The pig bodies would be useful in attracting predators so if the battlefield was in an African country the crew get mauled by lions if they try to get out.
Better yet when the pigs slam into the tanks the crew will get a fright and wonder what hit them.
I better write this down so I can put this in a C&C mod in the future.
