It introduces a lot of balances, bug fixes and small improvements, based on many reports from PvP games and aims in better and more balanced gameplay.
INSTALLATION: REMOVE ALL OTHER MODS AND THEIR FILES FROM ZH FOLDER.
EXTRACT THE ARCHIVE
RENAME Data>INI to 1INI and Scripts to 1Scripts
You can also install and play the mod with the GenLauncher

IMPROVEMENTS:
- Added visual markers for Shaheen, Topol-M, DF-41 and DF-21 missiles strikes
- GLA tunnel network upgrade objects are now using different logic and turrets are now part of the tunnel object itself
- GLA vehicles in tunnel network will stay there even if all tunnels are destroyed and will be available again after new tunnel is built
- T-90M with new model and texture can now be obtained via Reinforcement Pads on the new Dogs of War [TEOD] map.
- Units and Structure build time increased by 20% for faster gameplay
- New Challenge Announcer voice over.
BALANCE:
- Shaheen Missiles is now un-attackable. Only Mirvs are attackable.
- GLA S-75 range and fire rate reduced by 10%, cost increased by 100
- GLA SA-6 range and fire rate reduced by 10%
- GLA S-75 vehicle speed reduced by 25%
- BM-21 vehicle speed reduced by 15%
- GLA Tunnel network cost increased by 100
- J-16 missile damage increased by 15%
- Dragon tank armor resistance against tank shells and jet missiles reduced by 25%
- Chinook price reduced to 900
- GLA BRDM movement speed and turn speed are reduced by 15%
- GLA BRDM fire rate reduced from 200ms to 250ms
- GLA BRDM damage vs infantry is reduced
- Humvee machinegun damage and fire rate are improved
- Sabra, Abrams,T-14 Armata and Type-99 machineguns fire rate and damage reduced
- Tunnel network machine gun cost reduced by 100
- GLA terrorist is available after Arms dealer
- America power plant cost increased by 100, advanced control rod upgrade reduced by 200
- America power plant produces 8 power and control rods produces 4
- America Advanced control rods upgrade time reduced by 8 seconds
- Shaheen missile releases now 5 MIRVS instead of 6 damage is balanced accordingly
- Shaheen, Kurier and DF-21 price increased by 500
- Shaheen range reduced by 75
- Shaheen damage reduced by 20%
- DF-21 missile releases now 6 MIRVS instead of 8 damage is balanced accordingly
- Topol- M missile releases now 5 MIRVS instead of 6 damage is balanced accordingly
- DF-41 missile releases now 7 MIRVS instead of 10 damage is balanced accordingly
- Tunnel Machine gun damage type is changed from Small_Arms to Comanche_Vulcan
- THEL price increased by 300
- THEL weapon reload time increased from 4 to 6 seconds
- THEL damage reduced by 15%
- THEL attack range reduced by 30
- Smerch and M270 vehicle speed reduced by 10%
- DF-41 and Topol-M missile reload time increased from 3 - 4 minutes
- Kurier, Shahheen, DF-21 build time increased by 15 seconds
- AGM-129 build time increased by 5 seconds
- AGM-129 price increased by 300
- GLA stealth generator upgrade price increased by 300
- Boomer primary damage reduced from 1150 to 900
- Boomer damage radius reduced from 40 to 25
- Boomers HP reduced to 250
- Stealth boomers have reveal to target distance of 40
- Chinese suicide drones life time reduced from 30-23 second
- Chinese Nest drone spawn weapon reload time increased from 30-40 sec
- Chinese BZK-600 scout drone's vision range increased by 50 and stealth detection range by 45
- GLA drone has now limited life time - 23 sec
- All scout reveal range is increased from 250 to 300, ground stealth detection is increased to 300 as well
- All deployable radars reveal range is increased from 300 to 400
- GLA MOB doesn't require rank 2 anymore
- AGM-129 attack range reduced from 600 to 525
- М270 ATACMS reload time increased from 10 to 20 second
- М270 ATACMS range decreased from 475 to 400
- Smerch, TOS-1, BM-21, PCL-191, PCL-09 now uses better and faster deploy logic
- Khrizantema and JH-9 are now using rider deploy logic. Once deployed they are mobile with 50% of their default movement speed stats. They can fire while moving. When packed their movement speed is again full default.
- Flamethrower infantry damage increased by 25%
- PCL-191 missile will now create the fire storm with historical bonus count of 5
- PCL-191 base missile damage increased to compensate the historical bonus count fire storm
- Terrorist primary damage increased from 500 to 550
- Russian trench bunker will hold the infantries until destroyed
- Basic supply gathering units collects resources faster, same as in ZH
BUGS:
- F-117 bunker buster ability is now working.
- M270 ATACMS now does damage even when the missile doesn't hit enemy unit or vehicle and just hit the ground
- Fixed US Star streak laser lock range
- Fixed Stryker crushable level
- Fixed Sabra tank tracks in motion
- Fixed US supply truck tires
- Jets will no longer attack stinger site only with machine guns , but will use missiles and bombs
- Air drones going in left-bottom corner after killing enemy is fixed
- US Ambulance now have evac button
- Fixed Microwave description
- Fixed Chinese MMF infantry descriptions
- Russian trench bunker now can be sold
- Russian tank bunker will evacuate the unit when sold
- Tos-1 missile detonation was creating additional visual object of jammed missile, which is now removed

1: Does the Challenge mode now play normal fast (game speed 30) ?
2: Can you now build the russian tank bunkers with the dozer again? and not repair vehicle?

One question. Can weapons as Tomahawk launcher stay fixed in guard position attacking only what enters the circle? Now it is moving to fire when guard mode is on.
This is not weapon for guarding...

Thanks for the update :) allow me for few notes.
1- Shtora animation for T90MS is below the lens (between the chassis and the turret).
2- sometimes Spetsnaz attacks with the remaining missile surrounding infantries (after attacking twice a vehicle for instance), isnt better to set a preferredagainst command for auto selection?
3- Partisans, Spetsnazs and Pathfinders are Snipers, they should have once 1shot/ 1 kill ratio otherwise it doesn't make sense to have them as snipers...maybe a waiting time can be set to balance or clip sizes?
4- Tor-M1 once or twice has launched its missiles against ground targets
5- the new camo for Russian vehicles is nice, but I resembles as damaged texture for US vehicle.. when lots of units are built friend/foe, it become a hassle without assigning ctrl+number to identify.
6- I followed the installation very carefully, but still when playing against US, I am not facing any danger from above, [playing on Mac if that has any impact]
7- I suggest to re-introduce machine-guns to Tier1 MBTs, maybe via a transported infantry. its damage and fire-rate can be changed with doctrines

3. Some OP is ok but obviously you are looking for the overall balancing. But an iterative weaponset with veterancy to achieve 1S/1K is somehow golden middle in my opinion.
5. T90MS looks like a damaged US vehicle, texture wise. When there are lots of vehicles involved it will be difficult to identify (my opinion).
6. I have other versions installed in different C&C folders and they run ok. My issue is with 0.97 and its patches only. I will look at it again
7. Yes know, but a battle between a tank and spawned single rifleman from destroyed structures takes 2 hours uselessly. both are invulnerable against each others (unless crushing). Funny enough two riflemen make more damage to a tank than a tank can make to them.. they are equipped with SMALL_ARMS damage at the end of the day..
It's all about game variety and usage of different units, otherwise you know people will use only 2-3 units the entire game and that's it.
About the skin, it's fine since new US skins are a bit different than now

Just my thought, please remove G key shortcut for USA army to deploy the airship attack... Sometime I accidentally hit G key and then the air ship deployed to battlefield.

Not yet, and we are not 100% sure it will ever appear.
I've noticed in this patch that jet fighters uses missiles instead of machine guns in engaging infantry. But anyways it's no big deal to me because i use mechanized infantry attacks and i really appreciate what you did to the infantry like they're no longer easily crush by vehicles.
Best mod in generals so far i think. :)
We are preparing new version with some fixes, including the jet missiles and some improvement. The last version had some flaws and problems, due to fact that we are very small team and we don't have good beta testing.

Rotr,Reborn,PR,Shockwave, and etc they're good but teod is better when it comes to graphics and logics and surely nxt version will be more good enough.
I'm always open for good suggestion, but they have to follow our mod logic and direction.

Hello, I love this mod, just wanted to ask why was the launcher removed from the latest version(0.97.5 patch 3)?
I liked the launcher as it allowed for custom camera height. Now I have to use GameData.ini because I don't know if the mod will work with GenTool.
Our launcher was not perfect and for some people was problematic, however you can use Genlauncher also Gentool works fine with any mod.
And you can take our launcher from previous versions it will work ok.

You haven't installed the mod properly, make sure to rename the folders in the installation directory, Data>INI to 1INI and Scripts to 1Scripts.
The AI is great and presents a decent challenge.
Not sure if anyone has posted about it before, I just skimmed the comments and didn't see it...
When playing against the GLA AI, they are building an insane amount of tunnel networks throughout their base, as long as they have space to build, they just spam tunnel networks everywhere and every match I've played against them, the have ~180 buildings, of which 100 are tunnel networks.
Already fixed and soon there will be new version.
