BALANCE:

1. All factions now have Unmanned Aerial Vehicles in arsenal:
   1. USA – buildable Reaper and Valkyrie UCAVs. Spy Drone is now controllable.
   2. Russia – Skat and Okhotnic drones should be called-in from Radar Station. Created in groups of three.
   3. China – BZK-600 Recon Drones and CH-901 Suicide Drones can be launched from specialized trucks.
   4. GLA – Partisans can now launch Suicide Drones.
2. Tank Paradrop for USMC is replaced with AC-130 Specter Gunship
3. Drastically decreased damage of cluster bombs for B-2. Increased Nuclear Bomb damage in exchange (3 is enough to destroy an upgraded War Factory).
4. Reduced Comanche missiles from 4 to 2.
5. American Firebase and GLA Tunnel network can now be upgraded with different armament.
6. Stinger Site is now Anti-Air only defense structure. It can be upgraded with Sparka Turret which can attack both air and ground targets.
7. Raytheon for USMC was replaced with Centurion C-RAM.
8. Tunguska and Tor-M1 are swapped now. Tor-M1 will be available from the default War Factory, and Tunguska only after Heavy Assault Forces purchase.
9. Tank Modernization Program upgrade for Heavy Assault Forces is now divided on two different upgrades: Defense and Weapon systems.
10. Tunguska will be replaced with Pantsir-S1 in War Factory after Weapon Systems Upgrade.
11. Added Anti-Air Missile upgrade for PGZ-95 (Gattling Tank).
12. Sparka will now be replaced with Shilka Cannon for Deathstrike Forces.
13. Sparka will get Shilka gun after second salvage upgrade.
14. Minuteman Silo no longer can launch the missile right after being constructed. The area where missile is launched will now be revealed to a player.
15. Added area reveal for all long range missiles (Kurier, DF-21, Shaheen etc)
16. Increased durability of ICBMs (especially Minuteman).
17. Ballistic Missiles (Scud, Iskander, DF-12) cannot be shot down by SPAAs anymore.
18. Increased damage and missile speed for all Ballistic Missiles. Reduced cost.
19. RPG-29 Troopers have thermobaric missiles without upgrade now. Reduced damage to infantry in direct combat.
20. Removed Tank Bunker from Russian Dozer and Trench Bunker from Medic. MTP-A4 can build both now.
21. Removed free scout units from the start. Scouts no longer give a scrap after destruction.
22. Added Propaganda effect for Propaganda Center
23. Tomahawk Launcher – reduced cost to 2000
24. Pathfinder – unit is stealthed while moving or idle. Unit will reveal itself upon attacking.
25. Spetsnaz – unit is stealthed while idle or attacking. Unit will reveal itself upon moving.
26. S-75 – Reduced cost to 1500.
27. Javelin – removed ability to enter fire-ported transport.
28. Decreased deployment time for Khrizantema and TOS-1A
29. Russian Medics are passively reviving dead infantry now.
30. Improved GLA Rebel Ambush – up to 6 rebels, 6 RPGs and 6 Stinger Troopers.
31. Viral Tank – reduced cost to 700. Unit can create a large viral cloud in groups of 5 and more.
32. GLA GPS Scrambler is rank 3 now. Mi-17 with Scrambler is now stealthed.
33. Increased air stealth detection for all SPAAs.
34. Mass Destruction Forces Viral Strike now kills infantry and vehicle pilots.
35. Added little scatter radius for Kurier missiles.
36. All jets are using machineguns only against infantry now.
37. Decreased cost and build time for Demo Bikes.
38. Reduced Demo Trap cost to 200.
39. Added BMPT-72 Terminator-2 in Russia’s War Factory. Removed BMPT from Paradrop (it drops Spruts and BMPs now)
40. Added Smoke Shell ability for T-100 Tank Destroyer. Enemy vehicle cannot fire when affected by smoke.
41. Blackout Station no longer provides jamming if base run out of power.
42. Added Elite Hacker for Experimental Weapon Forces
43. Added VDV Troopers in Russian Air Forces’ barracks.
44. Z-19 can now launch CH-901 Suicide Drones.
45. Torax Launcher now fires missiles with direct trajectory. Increased damage for cluster bombs.
46. Rapid Attack Forces’ Boomer is now permanently stealthed.
47. Rapid Attack Forces - all buildings can now be upgraded with camo netting
48. Blackout Station no longer counts as a building an enemy should destroy in order to win.
49. Reduced cost for A-10, Su-25, Su-34, JH-7, F-117 and Mirage.

BUGS:

1. Fixed an issue with certain projectiles exploding mid-air if target was destroyed.
2. Fixed an issue with Bulava missiles not providing EMP effect.
3. Fixed an issue when it was impossible to purchase Kill Pilot upgrade for multiple Partisans.
4. Fixed T-15’s Muzzle Flash inside Tank Bunker
5. Fixed an issue with Kurier not dealing damage to buildings.
6. Fixed an issue with MIRV direct hit not dealing damage to buildings.
7. Fixed an issue with infantry rifles being too inaccurate.
8. Fixed an issue with few units in World Builder being in wrong directories.
9. Fixed an issue with Scorpion tank getting 2 rockets after first scrap.
10. Fixed healing icon for smokes.
11. Fixed an issue with J-10 being able to attack infantry with missiles.

1. Fixed missing voiceovers for ZBD-04 and PCL-09.
