This is the latest and final patch for version 0.94.
Next version will be 0.95 which will include new units, abilities, upgrades and many improvements.
Installation: You must have TEOD 094 full version (This patch includes all changes from the previous patches). Then Extract the files into Zero hour folder and replace old files if you are asked for.
Patch change log in the description:
1. New and improved Deploy functions for heavy SAM and radar units
2. Tunguska, ZSU and Gatling Tank are now using Avengers turret logic and can fire while moving.
3. Heavy SAM damage reduced and now takes 2 shots to take down aircraft.
4. Heavy SAM range increased with 10%
5. Radars detect airplane ability improved - new script technology
6. Radars detect airplane ability improved range increased with 10%
7. Topol M missile range decreased
8. Topol M ground attack added without need of pointing enemy unit or structure
9. Topol M starting cost increased, but it comes loaded with missile
10. DF-21 starting cost increased, but it comes loaded with missile
11. All units size codding improved to reduce the problems with path-finding. We have like ~10% improvement.

13. Marauder health increased by 50HP
14. Radars support Heavy SAM aura improved and the bug with unit/structure attack no longer appears
15. Heavy SAM no longer fires when packed or destroyed
16. Heavy SAM cost reduced
17. Chinese J-20 missile damage increased with 15%
18. Fixed Z-10 machine-gun
19. Helis AA missiles no longer attacks ground
20. AI money increased
21. GLA AI will now use the Straight Flush Radar
22. Tunnel Defender missile range increased
23. All AA soldiers missile reload time improved
24. AA soldiers stuck movement problem fixed
25. Viral Tank damage +15% and +50 HP
26. Viral tank weapon was causing lag and was fixed
27. Missile fly effects
28. TOS-1 detonation changed
29. EMP missile silo under construction bug causing EMP wave is fixed

thx a lot thats sooo amazing but i think instead of reducing heavy SAMs damage you should make the missile accelerate slower and the aircraft range increased, 2 missiles are too much for a jet . idk maybe... its just my opinion...... and maybe make them engage multiple units like in real life
If we make it as you suggested, HEAVY SAM will have no chance in 1on1, and will be always destroyed first. Also slow accelerating missiles means the target will be destroyed later and more SAMs will fire at same target which will make them very noneffective. Yes we have soome sort of multi targeting system but it is not good enough, not perfect at all. The engine of the game is very limited in that area...It is very hard to balance such an unit...

After the patch the MoD makes the game stop working after a few seconds of starting.

Not possible, we are experiencing some technical difficulties from time to time but in late game with more AI. The engine is overloaded a bit ... But right after the beginning...
Maybe try to reinstall the game and the mod, maybe there are some other mod files in the folder?
Do you have TEOD 094 full version? You can make screenshots of your folder and show me the files there also send me the replays whit crashed games.

This mod has a folder with the game files dedicated only to it, installed has only version 94 and the patch V3 and V4.
I believe the error occurs shortly after the AI loads the paths.
Something is not really correct with your version or game at all. As the guy below who is complaining for patch problems and I was right it was his fault, he is using additional mod files maybe from some addons or IDK really, but it is not the clean mod...
The MoD is totally clean, no extra mods, the game is original with clean files.
I found the source of the problem, the origin is in the original maps of 8 players of zero Hour, at some point the map overcharges the graphic engine making lock and the failure occurs.
I managed to play without occurring the failure decreasing the priority of the game process to below normal, this avoided the failure, but AI has some rare lag, it makes me think that has conflict of particles involving the original maps with the MoD.
Apart from this I find the MOD very good, only found errors in the AA system of Russia (S300 and S500), somehow they do not react to the attacker and do not shoot.
While at the last comment, you can correct me if I'm wrong about AA systems, my impression is that they are blind.

I know the AA system that did, I follow the MOD a long time, the question is that even with the radar still feel delayed in the AA heavy defenses, seem to allow the approaching of the enemy.
While the artillery I see that their way of defending does not cover all their effective range, which is a pity, I find them more efficient for defense.
Any chance the Pantsir-S1 be added?
Send me replay with heavy SAM not shooting. We played several games and not such an issue.
The range of artillery was decreased due to balance reasons. I can try increasing it a bit, but I wish the player to put attention and to control them, not only live them on guard. In really ti artillery doesn't work like that.
Panstir, I don't see a reason since Tunguska have the same turret and weapons. I have to focus on other factions like china and add more units there.

The Tunguska is more for a tank of coverage, the Pantsir is more for a defense vehicle, with a more efficient and dedicated radar.
This week I will test and see if I can record what I told you about the heavy AA.

MSTAs garrisoned in tank bunkers don't shoot. Is that normal?
Man it is working fine just checked it. Please next time check carefully. The MSTA bunker is restricted of firing on ground using ctr button/fore firing command. That's it. The MSTA will attack enemy automatically. This is for balance purposes.

I got these bug when i install new patch:
- Soldier missing capture command
- Radar truck and heavy SAM deploy button got locked
- Game got crash after playing 15 minutes
Anyway best patch so far
I assume some of your files are not correct... Try to reinstall and make sure no other mod files are there...
We are not experiencing such problems and so far you are the only one with them...
Also please tell me which units don't have capture icon and which units don't have deploy button.
Screenshots of your zero hour folder also can be used to check if you have other files...

Man you are using some additional modification files. In my mod I don't have Russian flag as a quick access button on the right of the screen... Also I see your money are a lot, in my mod only 40k are allowed...
Also I checked it again I have capture building and deploy works perfectly. Will say it again make a clean reinstall of the mod and make sure no other mod files are there...

God damn it was about time ! and I am happy, everything works fine and your tweaks where worth the wait... those S400 should be one hit kill.... AI is pretty good too and using its troops well... no more pathfinding issues for AA infantry...good job.. you are still the king of C&C modders Alexei! can't wait for the new units !
Thanks man, I think I found some critical bugs yesterday and will release new patch soon. The problem is that I don't have proper QA and me and my team mate are the only one testing, so we cant get everything in time...
I do QA for living in the past 8 years.... in video games (Rift, Batman Arkham Origins, Tomb Raider, Deus Ex,THief, Nosgoth) and apps (games, banking, media, responsive, etc) , I could help if you want to share some specs about what you need to be tested ... I play your mod almost once or twice a day... its like my brain gym..
So if you find something please send me PM.
I wish to find critical bugs. Imbalances in the faction units. Also suggestions for balancing the mod will be nice.

overall its pretty good, fixes are working,
I did observed a few things,
- GLA mobile AA (ZSU) are not firing back or approaching USA helicopters or able to engage usa helicopter manually unless they are in range (like right clicking on enemy won't trigger AA to move and attack)
- ALso, GLA get Radar without producing the radar or radar van
(not sure if after palace build or arms dealer)
- Some pathfinding of PAKFA planes are weird at times and they will circle target without shooting missiles and get downed easily...might be map related but I use mostly old school maps
I'll check the ZSU but I think is caused by the separated turret using the avenger logic. Sometimes the turret locks on ground target and somehow is not attacking on air by order.
GLA radar is unlocked by the checm lab...
Pakfa shouldn't have such issue I think maybe there was a infantry nearby and it was trying to hit it with the machine-gun...

And if f-35 and su-57 could perform air to ground operations that would also be awesome

cant play as russia in skirmish, tried several maps/enemies configurations but game just crashes after it tries to load the match. can play as other factions just fine though.
Because you didn't install it correctly. Make sure no other mods and their files are there. Also you need 0.94 full version + this patch.

Do you use radar to be deployed nearby? Also they require manual deploy. They don't deploy automatically.
Please check everything because for me and many other is working fine, so the problem is not in the mod ;)
