I'm not sure if it is feasible in Mount and Blade, but are you adding some sort of functionality to customize the armor color of your troops? Or is what we are seeing here an armor variant that happens to have that color scheme?
I hope so, I hear that it is possible using the same method as having shields with designs.

Im glad to see this mod isn't dead! Im very excited for a new version, I poured faar too many hours in the last one lol
When I saw the premise for this mod it appeared too good to be true and preicted that it would be a dodgy retexturing/meshing of the vanilla game,I was pleasently surprised to see that it was actually a pretty decent overhaul modification with cool factions, environments and units to boot.
