Some clarification about this, I haven't done much with the map because I am not a modeler, I know UE4 blueprinting and I have no way of making a map because of my lack of assets, what is in the project currently is just gameplay.

It is a Unreal Engine 4 standalone project so no previous files are needed, Moddb just doesn't have a tag for UE4.
Is this a mod for Unreal Tournament 4 or a separate project on the Unreal Engine? Do I need Unreal Tournament 4 game to run it?
