I know it looks unusual and is a radical departure from the norm but this is one of 3 new fighters to be added to the choices for the Feds. I took a design that originally was a corvette, then a missile frigate and finally reduced it down to a fighter and I think the look fits that role best. Currently it's only armed with missiles and torps. No conventional guns.
Model made by Rebelmoon.
Looks awesome.
cool
very nice! :)
whats wierd is this actually looks alot like the fighter design that i proposed that was shot down
and judging by the pods this is a bomber, which tthe fighter i proposed was
wait a minute is this it
gotta dig my dvds out
It doesn't look like the second one from the series. I forgot about that one though. I think I'll have a go at re-creating the one from the series you're talking about. That will give me 6 fighter classes. The 3 already in-game, this one, another single seater TAC fighter I made a while back and will be re-visiting, and the last canon fighter from the series.
Also, the above fighter is such a radical design apart from the rest it might only be found on the Ryuho Battlewagon. We'll see how that plays out.
Ralok, I need images of the CGI Roughnecks fighter/bomber from the top and bottom. Actually some solid screengrabs from all angles would be great. See what you can come up with.
ok i will get those by tomarrow morning, to busy tonight.
That's fine, might not have time to actually work on it until next weekend anyway. Thanks.
Anaconda class ;)
Good suggestion but since I plan on carrying this bomber on the Ryuho Battlewagon, I'm going with the name Fafnir, which is the name of a Nordic Dragon in Norse Mythology. Ryuho is Japanese, that literally means Dragon-Phoenix, so it all kind of comes together.
