TAC II Fighter image - Starship Troopers: 1st Interstellar War mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Currently being developed by Starside R&D, this is a Total Conversion mod for the game Star Wars: EaW Forces of Corruption from Petroglyph Studios. You decide who has the right to survive, the Terran Federation or the Arachnids and their allies, the Skinnies. It will include space & land skirmish and Galactic Conquest and is based on various aspects taken from the movie, animated TV series, and the original book. Command your Forces in the silence of space or the roar of the battlefield, be it the Terran Federation or the Arachnid/Skinny Alliance. Use old favorites as well as brand new units developed for this conflict.

Here is a fighter I made a long time ago. A single seater version of the movie TAC fighter.

Should I use this model?
I really like it... All though i'm not even a fan of sst.. looks like a good movie tho :)
Use it, probably as a scout or something like that. But you must use it!
Looks like a longsword
I've tweaked this model some so the look has slightly changed.
Still think it looks like a pelican :)
Your not the 1st to suggest a Halo unit. :P
Actually the design that influenced me was the Starship Trooper Movie fighter. The movie version was a 2 seater, I just made a single seater that was suppose to be made by the same company. I do, however, see the shape similarities that it shares with the Pelican & Longsword. Although they would have been influenced by the SST fighter as it was seen 4 years before the 1st Halo game. ;)
