Now I'm considering using it as a unique ship with a unique ability. Perhaps as a repair ship or a shield ship. In future releases of the mod I plan on doing away with shields on individual ships as such. Shields aren't used or mentioned in the movie, book, or TV series. So perhaps as a science vessel, it has a new prototype shield generator or something.

it looks great and that would be a damn good way to make people think with decent tactics rather than just a fleet of random ships to see who can kill who first lol

but shieldswere used in the anime and a very old roleplaying game (i think not sure) it isa science vessel and it purpose in the show it was collecting a toxin that killed bugs. i would recommend haveing this be a ship from a captured station and it to have a single toxic nuke that can do considerable damage

When you say anime, are you talking about that Japanese version or the Roughnecks?

anime refers to the regional creation of animation (japan) despite what some people will tell you.

they should have thought of a better word.

i think they had shields in the anime, at least on the suits i really would hate to have to watch it again. I cant pay attention, and when i say old rpg i mean like 1950s stupid booklet that makes no sense

i am surei am mistaken though

Well, from what I've seen of the anime, it has very little in common with the rest. I'm not including it in this mod at this time.

i beleive in the series it was called the sequia (cant spell) big freaking tree.

it was actually seen in the zephyr campaign, scaling would probably put this ship somewhere over the heavyweight dropship and somewhere beneath the alaska, slightly wider than the reaper.

Description

This is based on the Science Vessel from the CGI series. It was only seen in fleet shots so other than a rough concept sketch, there wasn't a lot to go on. My bud Blamtroid created this artistic take on that seldom seen ship. It's size is close to the Alaska heavy cruiser, but as far as the role it will fill, it's still to be decided.

Model made by Blamtroid of Halo: Covenant At War for SW:EAWFOC
