Sanctuary Station image - Starship Troopers: 1st Interstellar War mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Currently being developed by Starside R&D, this is a Total Conversion mod for the game Star Wars: EaW Forces of Corruption from Petroglyph Studios. You decide who has the right to survive, the Terran Federation or the Arachnids and their allies, the Skinnies. It will include space & land skirmish and Galactic Conquest and is based on various aspects taken from the movie, animated TV series, and the original book. Command your Forces in the silence of space or the roar of the battlefield, be it the Terran Federation or the Arachnid/Skinny Alliance. Use old favorites as well as brand new units developed for this conflict.
Sanctuary is a major military base that the location of is a highly guarded secret. Only Fleet captains are privy to its coordinates to keep its fleets safe from enemy attacks. It's actually a Terran Colonized planet and in orbit are several stations to support the Fleet Starships. These stations are shown in the SST3 Marauder movie. In the book Sanctuary is also where Rico goes for leave and to become an Officer.
This model is of the stations seen in the SST3 movie. It's purpose in the mod will eventually be a buildable station that will give access to unique ships. It will be built via the defense satellites.
