A new saber-class model made by me for the mod.
Oh wow, I thought the original was fine but that is gorgeous
It really is. I know I'll probably get downvoted for this, but the original model contrasted a little with the super high quality of the other models. It actually looked a lot like the one from Armada II Fleet Ops... so this is a really awesome improvement. Bravo devs!

While i have never been a fan of the steamrunner, i do love this model and the texturing is just stunning. Love how you can make out all the hull plating detail
The effort is astonishing, to get that aztec style pattern on the hull takes a loong time.
I meant Saber, still not the keen on the design of the Steamrunner either.
Not hating, bashing, or anything, but it kinda needed lol the original saber model was pretty outdated looking.
I think the Romulan basic frigate needs a remodel. The fron't of it just turns me off.
Most if not all of them are going to eventually get a make over.
Most of the Romulan models are quite lovely (Shrike swarms...mmmm...). However, the Vengeance, Winged Defender, Whitewind, and Heavy Defender just don't seem to fit in with the rest of the fleet.
Not complaining, I don't usually use those classes anyway. I've got it sorted in my head that they're probably older classes of ships still in use, kind of like the Miranda, Excelsior and Constellation classes in the Federation.

Ah nice work... Always thought the original Saber looked somewhat cheap in comparison to the remaining models. Looks fantastic good work.
The original Saber model was good except for the Starfleet symbol and stripe along its dorsal spine, which looked kind of blurry. Fix that and it'd be aces in my book. Good little ship. And I like its First Contact torpedo sound effect. :)
