Freedom has been eyeing several locations in Zaton as potential footholds for a forward outpost - they don't want Duty holding a monopoly on potential recruits, resources and prestige, after all.
A site was selected, a team put together, but something went wrong. It's down to you to either help Freedom recover from this setback, or not.

Me too, but I have a strong sympathy to freedom. Destroying or even attempting to destroy the zone is wrong.
The Dutiers even have problems with flushing out and killing the MUTANTS of a certain area (Agroprom 2011), how do you want to destroy the zone?
