Can't install the mod. Strange error. Thread - MISERY mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Hi, I'm being trying to install misery 2.0 but its not working. I'm getting this error:

"An error occurred while trying to read the source file:
The source file "C:\Program files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Stalker Call of Pripyat\data\gamedata\"." does not exist." This error happens again but with:xr.Render_R2.dll

I have downloaded two installers, reinstalled the game, but no luck. What is going on? The files are there, I can see them myself.

Hi Chen,

Not sure about the Steam version but for CD one, you shouldn't have :

C:[...]\Stalker Call of Pripyat\data\gamedata\

but

C:[...]\Stalker Call of Pripyat\gamedata\

Are you sure you added the Gamedata folder to the right place for the steam version ?

I have exactly the same problem. My version is the retail version, not Steam.

Have you tried to extract the files yet or are they still in .zipped format?
