SimMars is here, it is to be downloaded to your SimCity files. SimMars will install into the following directories: Buildings, Texts, and UI: Your 'Plugins' folder inside your Simcity 4 Game Directory. Music: Your 'Radio' folder inside your Simcity 4 Game Directory.
