The Spearman looks perfect, but the swordsman looks a little too human. Other than that, great work.
Orcs in the First Age were less degenerated and more human-shaped than the Orcs of the Third Age. Check here for more informations about the Orcs in Silmarillion: Total War: Moddb.com.
