Quenta Silmarillion is a total conversion mod focused on the First Age of Beleriand, based on Tolkien's own vision and work. If you want to join the team, just PM Bercor or Milner! Help is always welcome.
By far the best Morgoth I have ever seen. Hope he is going to be really really tall (like a tower). He could be even nicer if you add a little bit more colours, this looks a bit monotone, also I know you are against plate armours, but here some plates (not the whole armour ofcourse) might make him look even more badass. It would be also really really good if the silmarills were glowing a bit more (and with silver-gold colour not blue). The Mace looks beautifull too, but isn't he supposed to carry hammer? Please do not take it as criticism, in fact I have fallen in love with your Morgoth, that is why I want him even better.
First of all, thanks for the comment Marcus. Don't be afraid to criticize, it will only make us try to perfect our work.
Now, regarding your points.
Yes, Morgoth will be very tall, maybe not as tall as a tower, but it will certainly be the tallest individual in-game.
We went for a all black armour because that's Morgoth's colour in the Silmarillion (black banners with no symbol), personally, I don't think that more vivid colours would fit, maybe different shades of grey (oh, my...).
We might add some plates pieces here and there, but, right now, were quite pleased with how the armour looks.
The current silmarill's texture is a placeholder, they'll be white and glow in the battles.
Finally, regarding the Grond, you can actually argue both ways. Tolkien calls it a mace, while also calling it "Hammer of the Underworld", we went with the mace because Sauron will be given a war hammer.
Well, when you go to battle, an armour always comes handy :p. He has an armour, and a pretty nifty one I may add, but he's not as armoured as Morgoth, for example. You'll see for yourself soon.
Dude its awesome, really awesome, I would say Im in love with the mod Already, it have the mysticism and ambient that I got from reading the book, I cannot way to play it.
WOW! Nothing else to say.
ahhh the Dark Lord himself...love the silmarils
Old...but extremely powerful...

And may we see the future Lord of the Rings soon?
Maybe... But be warned, he is very different from how Jackson envision him. Don't expect spikymania :p.
And thank God for that. The upwards-pointing spikes of villainy are a rather tiresome aesthetic.
I kinda expect him to be more of a sorcerer than a warrior.
Robe rather than full armour for example.

Go ahead, Bercor...show us how is Sauron!
Wow! One of the best Sauron models I've seen. Great work.
it's Morgoth not Sauron!
Ah, my bad. I really need to read up more on the First Age.
*goes to wiki*
Yes, is Morgoth....you can see Sauron very soon.
