TOS Canon Mod Pack (TCMP) will be an add-on. I don't want these extra assets using up our 2gb RAM limit. I am trying for starting the game with the add-on, and being able to load the late game save without the add-on. Still WIP stage though, we'll see.

We'll see. There was really only the Klingons and Romulan threats in TOS, and the early ships are already in the mod as the Klingons just refurbish the old ships and the Romulans don't have enough ships to fill the role.

There is a tonne of decent content for TOS mate. You have the Tholians, the Gorn, also there are 2 game franchises that provided awesome models and info on the timeline. Most notably Klingon Academy *especially the library* and Starfleet Command 2.

So far, we are thinking of just replacing some of the NPC units, problem is there is no canon models to go by except maybe Tholian, I looked at some of the Gorn ships from those older games and they are gawd-awful designs and really dated models.
I may replace some of the music with the TOS series music, and a few other things to bring back the genre, but don't plan on a complete other mod.
Could this be shrunk down really small and released by colony frigates and fed cap colonizer to the planet surface to replace the stock image?
