Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

Well, if some one created extremely realistic buildings, they would be far more larger then this Detention Camp. And the garage is very small to it could only be used for storage or atleast have some motor cycle's in it.

It's the same model as in generals so the size will remain that small.

It will. This time around, it'll actually be useful! In addition to providing the 'CIA Intelligence' power (like in Vanilla Generals), in the next release, you'll need to build this to unlock certain USA technologies (the Pathfinder, for example, which currently is rather overpowered at a Rank 1 pre-tech Generals Ability slot).

Just as well this isn't Guantanamo then. POWs are a fact in any war - this just chooses to recognise it.

That's a heavily political comment and we don't like them on our mod pages any more than we like them on our forums. You've stated you don't like it, fine, deal with it, it's not going to go away just because of that. You don't have to build it any more than you have to play the rest of the mod, you're just going to find it hard playing without it.

Oh yeah, the U.s. always tortures POW's..... you know whats funny about that, "Terriosts" are not considered POW's there considered "Detainee's" hence the name "Detention center" and "terriosts" don't fall under the rights of the Geneva convention, so.... in all honesty, No the U.s. does not torture POW's not even those who are not truly POW's, yeah those people in Guantanamo screwed up, but you think every other country is great when it comes to dealing with enemy prisoner's ?

This ain't new, its bringing back old models from Generals... EA changed these models for a reason because ZH was supposed to fix the multitude of problems from Generals.

It was not politically correct for the oh-so-glorious-usa.
EA games are politically biased because they also have contracts and sponsoship with US airforce and such, for example. (also, MODDB has them too)

Description

These facilities can hold over a hundred dangerous prisoners and have the personnel to interrogate dozens at any given time. They attract a lot of criticism from the media and human rights activists. Commanders who desire to build one of these structures must be willing to weather the inevitable backlash but may benefit greatly by gaining key intelligence about their opponents.
