Rise of the Reds – or ROTR for short – improves upon the C&C Generals formula while also adding its own distinct elements to it. Most notably, the mod adds two completely new factions, the tank-heavy Russian Federation and the defence-oriented European Continental Alliance. In addition, the three original factions China, USA and GLA have been greatly expanded and redesigned in a variety of ways, with several new units, buildings, powers and abilities to explore and combine in your in-game tactics.

will there be dogs inside, kind of moving around or going ballistic in the cages, or is that too much work for such a small detail?

i know i loved how in some strategy games parts of the buildings moved, and gave a sense that stuff was actually happening inside of them

Puppies? it would be cool if we got puppies when we first start out and then we "upgrade" them into dogs. as for attacks...the puppies cannot be fired upon by enemies because they're just so cute...lol..but the puppies can bite the enemies.

Puppies?? Nobody in their right mind would blow up a building full of puppies! Another cost effective line of defence masterminded by the ECA!!

Why send conscripts bastards, they're useless in battle ! Send your best killing predators. Tesla tanks, dragon tanks, microwave tanks, pathfinders, etc.

It is recruitment building, or defense? Like WASP Hive, just instead of drones it is sending dogs?

Simply put.

A structure that you can train dogs =)

Dogs are basically infantry, go nuts!

Originally it was literally going to be a dog house like in RA -- but I opted to make something that makes more sense!

Description

Aside from being Europe's first and most potent line of defence, the ECA also engages in peacekeeping and police operations in the North African protectorates. As such, the task force relies heavily on trained dogs to support its infantry in a variety of missions.
