I really think you should use Saraphim to fill in missing pieces for Aeons. After all, according to lore the Aeon technology was based off of the Saraphim. I'd use their building as a basis if that would make it easier. Otherwise I am amazed that you guys cracked the design part. I remember you said you were having trouble with making custom units due to...was it pathing? O.o
This one reminds me a bit of that PD unit that jazz made for cybran i think the CNC one remodeled with smaller platforms out the front for 2 of the upgrades and 2 raised ones around the back for the other 2 upgrades and some aeon touches made to it like the flags a bit like the land factory ?
This works for Aeon much better than the RE3 shipyard. I would recommend using fewer struts, however, maybe taking off the wall-like structure behind the pipes? The portal should be more rounded, too. Maybe oval? After texturing/lighting, this will be a fantastic shipyard!
Make a dip like a V in that little strip in-between the claw things and the main factory, that way it looks like a ship could actually be in the water....
I have an Idea though, to go with the classic Illuminate style of hovercraft, why dont you make the ships hover over the water but with outriggers that hang in the water.... Or, make the ships catamarans..... They both seem very Aeon to me....
look's good. maby some flasy lichts
We need some feed back what do you guys think of this factory from CNC 3 it would be used as a concept to start off on?

i like the red alert 3 dock you linked to overrated but i think this one will look even better if it had some nice textures

I like it as is. The wheels have to spin when the factory is building. Also it needs a flags tower on the crest.
Awsome! I always thought that the Aeon needed a new navel factory. :)
Why does the Illuminate need naval units? It already has hovercraft.
because all factions need naval units just because 1 faction can hover doesn't mean any thing, its was just a cheap shortcut GPG made.

Took that from the basic Air Factory frame right?
