The United Coalition Tech Lab Provides access to Tier 2 units and structures, access to Tier 3 is a purchased upgrade.
Revised concept based on community feedback. Concept by Casey Fallon.
The changes are subtle yet better. I like it.

yes I like this one much better, the previous structure looks partially damaged/destroyed when compared to this.

Hear, hear. The concept art quality is amazing - I hope you guys can find a way to incorporate it into the game somehow; maybe as unit pictures or something like that.

I liked the leakage, but it's most excellent how much you listen to the community in the first place. And for that alone, you are awesome.
The fumes wafting out of it convey the unenvironmental theme better to me since there isn't leakage that could ruin a base- just toxic gas.
