Revolution's answer to the Multigunner Turret push; the Pacifier Turret. Starts of with a set of shotguns, and can be upgraded with a Missile Turret. The Pacifier Turret cannot garrison infantry. This defensive structure completely replaces the Multigunner Turret.

What exactly might you be referring to? The only reason I did this to the Multigunner Turret was because the nature of the Allied build system made a pop-up rocket turret easily abusable.
Maybe he meant other versions of the multigunner turret, like flak turret, tesla turret, etc. (When Soviet infantry garrison it.)
omg, no he asked if you can add upgrades for russian defence and the answer is (probably) no cuase they already got defence for all tasks

Mainly because the Multigunner turret code is broken beyond repair. The EA devs were incredibly lazy when it came to RA3, which lead to the Multigunner Turret not having any proper firing offsets and the garrison code not functioning correctly.
By all means I could have painstakingly gone through the code line-by-line and tried to solve the issues one-by-one, but even then I would still be left with the art-related firing offset issues.
This way has allowed me to fix both issues with relative ease, give Revolution something unique to offer, and knock-off Peacekeeper Spam in Allied mirror-matches all at the same time ;)
Yah, the Multigunner has all sorts of wierdness in it. Over at Paradox we're actually out-and-out replacing the turret on the IFV and the base defense with our own weapons so we can get some better turning and whatnot.
What about making it possible to build either one then having it a small cost to switch it? 500 is well pretty intense.. isnt it?
i agree with havoc, maby you could make the turret really cheap and then make it 500 for the upgrade
