Oh, and it does energy damage, right? Because if it's slow and capable of flight, it could be used to inflitrate bases and then land, flash-burning a base. But not if it does energy damage. Also, if it's going to be delicate, then it should defiently be fast, so as to strafe into range of tanks that need bustin'. Mabey when it's moving, the fusion torch could turn around and act as a thruster? Then having the fusion torch rotate into position would balance it a bit by letting the other commander react. Just chucking ideas out! :3

Actually, it does blast damage, which is effective against EVERYTHING. And its dps is frankly absurd. So yeah, base razer. If you can get it within range, that is.
