An expansion/overhaul mod of epic proportions, with entirely rebalanced gameplay, expanded factions, new gametypes, graphical overhauls, and five new factions; stealth-based Confederate Revolutionaries, tower defense-inspired Atomic Kingdom of China, economy-focused Mediterranean Syndicate, DotA-esque Order of the Talon and spammy Electrical Protectorate.

Wait before comment, this is based on this futurism sculpture Commons.wikimedia.org'Development_of_a_Bottle_in_Space',_bronze_sculpture_by_Umberto_Boccioni,_1913,_Metropolitan_Museum_of_Art.jpg .

About Dubstep, what Opensketch_Book hinted at the Protectorate:
Dubstep could be an anomaly within the PAWIverse, it could be as a pool of power for some numbers of weird features for the Protectorate.

Here my ideas:
The Dubsphere Protocl: creates the Dubsphere (a flashy Nanoswarm-Like "energy" dome, actually a rift) counts as unit (selectable, very slow movement), secondary premature removes the Sphere. There are several Spheres as protocols, but you can only deploy one sphere at the time, long reload of these protocols & rather short lifespan hinders them to be used continuously.

Here an example :
Strange dub-Movement: Protec Vehicles could accerlate/stop almost instantly with highspeed, but they need longer much time to be ready to attack a target, like this Dupstep Guns movie Opensketch_Book has linked to in the talkpage.
