Drift is minor for Rifled Weapons. Non Rifled Barrel Weapons have random right/left drift, even more moderate than Rifled weapons. Drift only occurs once forward energy falls below threshold, and then drift it self is inches every hundred feet.
Drift of a bullet caused by rifling is probably almost nothing compared to wind forces on a bullet in outside environments which is as far as i can see one of the few things they didn't add. :P (the sideways motion of a bullet caused by wind.) i'm aware that they did seem to add drag forces by wind.
The Ballistic System does respond to the wind entity, just haven't implemented any maps with it. A Map must have the volume entity added where ever the desired wind area should be.
and smooth-bores like shotguns for slugs don't have bullet drift, right?
