This mod adds the Moors and White Huns back to Barbarian Invasion, their current status is that they are shadow factions, this might change in later versions of this mod.

Sorry for being late! Goes into modfolder/data/banners, use tga format instead of dds to override the original's path. OR set the path in descr_standards.txt

Hey, can you maybe list the files you edited (and what you did) in the Data folder? I'm working on a little mod and I'd love to get the Moors on the campaign map (but I'll keep one of the Roman Rebel factions and lose the White Huns) as an Arab faction instead of having them shadowing the Berbers. This way the Eastern Empire has a bit more to contend with on its south-eastern front.

I apologize for my really really late response, as I actually couldn't do it before, but, the files I changed are:
descr_banners.txt
export_descr_unit.txt
export_descr_buildings.txt
export_descr_character_traits.txt
descr_lbc_db.txt
descr_sm_factions.txt
descr_names.txt
descr_character.txt
descr_building_battle.txt
descr_formations_ai.txt

And of course edited the campaign files, basically replace the faction name you want to remove in the game to "moors" in these files. Again, I apologize for this really late reply, and if you want me to create this mod for you. I am more than happy to do so!

Hey man, no problem at alllll!
I've learned a lot since I posted the question.
I changed the Berbers to the Ghassanid Arabs and made them quite strong, in order to pose a challenge to both the Sassanids and, eventually, the Eastern Empire.
I transformed the Sarmatians into the Slavs (and put them in Locus Barbaricum) and renamed the Slavs (who were an East-Germanic faction at heart, anyway, down to the names) to the Gepids and put them in Pannonia next to the Visigoths. I gave the Saxons and Alemanni the ability to horde, put all of the barbarian factions along the Roman border (where they were historically) so now it kicks off quite quickly when the Vandals arrive at the Rhine.
