They look great, however, I'm not sure if this is possible in the engine, but having multiple, randomized models for the GOI Kalashnikov dudes, would be awesome, as they currently look a bit too uniform.
That is something that we discussed, however...as it stands the infantry have such a low level of readability, varying it would hurt it. If there was a practical way for us to scale the infantry size up, we'd definitely have variable models/textures.

make them bigger (compare the size of C&C3's infantry to RA3 or Starcraft 2's for example)
