You asked how to play mods in Red Alert 3.

So heres how you do it:
1) Go to C:\Users\[username]\My Documents\Red Alert 3 .
2) Make a folder called "Mods" (if there isnt one already).
3) Download any mod you like then extract the rar or zip file in the Mods folder.
4) Put the RA3 CD in and wait for the launcher to start.
5) Click on "Game Browser" button then the "Mods" tab.
6) Select the mod you want to play and click "Launch Game".
7) Have fun!

*notice* You can not play Skirmish in Paradox Mod. You need to make a Network or Lan game, then you can play against AI or yourself :D
