Unter ze water? Okay. I'm assuming we wont be able to use our energy weapons, right?
i would assume the same. actually more of not being able to use any weapons. although most energy weapons are contained systems, an argument could be that they are sealed, since they have no shells or projectiles to eject to speak of.
conventional weapons definatly not. lasers, possibly. particle cannons, unlikely but possible.
Mechwarrior 1: DEAR GOD MY COCKPIT IS FLOODING! I CAN'T EJECT! WATER IS RUSHING *GARGLE*

You can't use ballistics or missiles under water, only beam weapons.
