MechWarrior: Living Legends

Will you be a living legend or a forgotten casualty? MechWarrior:Living Legends (MWLL) is a total conversion modification for Crysis, MWLL is at its very core a mix between First Person Shooter and Simulation. This will be achieved through the use of a mixed arms massively multiplayer gaming experience where the player takes part in a battle using a variety of vehicles and weapons MWLL is using the concepts pioneered by the “Battlefield” franchise and more recently Crysis, of a sandbox feel where you get to play what you want and how you want it. MWLL depicts the epic struggles between the two factions of Battletech “The Clans” and “The Inner Sphere” In the project we will be bringing some of the legends of MechWarrior back to life.

The Detail on that is amazing
Maybe in 5 years we will be able to have fully detailed models like this in games with no lag on our 32 core pc's :3
Its not the 32 core pcs that'll render it. It'll be the 15 3d graphic cards we have in ultra sli/crossfire. :)
render farms with cables as thick as your thighs to play a game with this model in it :3...

the most detail i have ever seen in a render. this is just...too much for QUAD-core. too much for even a couple 8800 GTX's. not at a reasonable FPS. to get this to work correctly, theres 2 choices:
-quadSLI 8800 GTX's
-dualSLI, or quad, 8800 ULTRA XXX edition.
the XXX can handle anything. but theyre, if i remember right, ~$1600 a piece. its a bit much, noone needs that much graphocs power. not even NVIDIA.
