The reapers have returned from dark space. With Earth under attack and the mass relays in a state of chaos from refugees and the councils fleet engaging reaper forces the galaxy is a mess. The outcome is unknown, the warfare is devastating. The galaxy will never be the same.
Combat Endurance (WIP) In Mass Effect ships that engage in FTL travel or mass effect style combat, build up a charge this charge must be dumped in order to keep the ship in working order. In this video you will see that weapons fire and FTL travel sap "Combat Endurance." When a vessel reaches 0 it goes through a small cool down and dumps the charge. Recharging the "Combat Endurance" and allowing for normal fire of weapons and abilities like the Thanix cannon.(Completely Zombies Idea haha) Watch and Enjoy.

So this Combat Endurance system looks like it works a bit like Antimatter. Use too many abilities you have to wait for the antimatter to recharge. In this case use too much firepower you need to wait to dump excess electrical charge. Good to see you're sticking to Mass Effect canon.
One thing though I still see that frigates seem to have a silly amount of endurance. In the vanilla game I always found it odd that frigates could take such a massive pounding despite being very low tier vessels, it also made early combat a bit dull as it's just the person who spams the most frigates that wins.
Only the Kilimanjaro Dreadnought and Galway class heavy cruiser have been outfitted with the combat endurance ability so far. All other ships are still using stock antimatter levels.

It's Turian invention based on Reaper tech, and when they fire it pretty much looks like a blue beam.
It is rather logical, since this is the best bet against Reapers, that they became standard issue on ships of the Council Fleet once it reached a final design.

The sound design seriously needs work.. the beam weapon is fine.. but a few of the others are just WAY to overpowering.. Remember it's not about being loud... just audible

yeah i know that, but there was something... it was a Voosh sound that was overpowering
