Overall, I'm absolutely enjoying this mod. The Scolex (I hope I wrote that correctly) Rockworm is very fun to play around with.

Though I haven't played too much, I feel the Scolex could use some buffs. It's main attack and flamethrower range could be increased slightly, and the cooldown of it's movement ability could be decreased.

Let me know how you feel about these suggestions/changes. Also sorry for the big comment.

Most of the indicators you should be able to see right away are:

The intro movie is different than EA's logo,

The main menu logo at the top right should be different as Bivoj mentioned,

The skirmish Black hand pic is replaced with a Redeemer,

And ofc new units are in the game and Conquest mode.

It's a rare crate, you need to play with crates enabled and use a map that supports them

2 mods best overall you can look up to inspire from is firestorm mod 1.55 from tiberium wars and chemical warfare 5.3 for kw.
testing your mod again, so far heres what i recommend:
the mastadon epic unit from zocom, behaves incorreclty and buggy in some instances, if i let it to attack by himself with ctrl+a command he does not use his full arsenal, and the walking and attack visually can be improved.
the condor seems powerfull but he really cant do much on battlefield, i recommend adding a machine gun for infantry when in hover mode. and maybe make the firehawk have only ground bombs but with 10% more firepower to have a reason to use condor fly mode to attack air.
i dont see much difference between zone raider and zone lancer.
kodiak needs to fire more often, because he can be easily destroyed. i am afraid to attack with him even if the enemy has only one antiair. his size implies that he can do at least decent damage on antiairs and hold himself on the battlefield which does not right now.
talon unit can be great if he can use his ability automatically or maybe fire it faster. otherwise its not practically
i think the crane deserves at least the ability to build watch tower and maybe even guard cannon.
the mod in rest is ok but the subfactions can be even more diverse than they are now. thats why i say to look in those two mods. you will see a bunch of interesting content from which to add.

The mod not really aim to be like chemical warfare or firestorm (I was the one who showed the rope to these two mods' developers btw so that we can have a lot of variety in KW mods 🤗) and is more of a small expansion that keeps the original gameplay while keeping some balance, there are already mods at this point who have their own inspiration for the sub-factions and have too many new/edited units with no role or just being super OP, I stick my legs in the ground for this project and goes more or less with how EA made KW to be, and the main things they've tried to show was that Sub-factions aren't any full new faction but rather a limited branch that is part of the main faction (That's why they still have a lot of the main faction stuff, they aren't their own thing xD).

I think you mixed things out from other mods due to how CW and mostly FS use similar stuff as I do, Mastodon for example is in ST in my case, not ZOCOM, I also don't have Zone lancers, not sure if the Masto attack move is a bug on my end but I do know that some units won't attack for real unless there's an enemy nearby (GDI missile squad do it if you force fire them from within garrison for example after I've gave them the locked on laser ability).

Condor main aim is a supportive unit, the EMP is its main weapon and the second mode is more for harassing or fleeting, I mostly wants MG to stay on ST's stuff.

I've tweaked the Kodiak anti air cannons a bit some weeks ago but didn't released any beta ver that includes these changes, you can see the notes for the incoming changes here Pastebin.com

Talon was mostly a replacement for other ideas I had in mind, but after people voted against them, I had to find some suitable replacement for the Pitbull, and the idea for it was that the Talon is a more faster Pitbull with Sonic upgrades as a bonues, it uses the upgrade automatically on close range too but just like the Pitbull upgrade in BBP, the long range artillery works only manually for balance sake, I thinks I've found the right sweetspot for the speed too but I will take another look at it 🤔.

There was a crane and OST ver on the discord server which addes def to the cranes, but for now it's discontinued and didn't really was meant to be released in moddb too, but if I see people really wants it I will consider to release some sub-version.

At the end of the day BBP was around before other KW's mods were a thing aside OV, I've made a lot of cool ideas without looking on other mods (who weren't around xD) nor taking all what I see fit for coolness sake cause I wanted to be creative and keep the mod's own personality, I did helped a lot of random people and at times gave them my stuff or ideas (and at times they just took them without even asking) so when my mod was released you can be sure it look less relevant now when you can see the same assets or ideas being used on other places while being tweaked to be more OPs or being taken into other direction entirely (I can only blame myself for taking too long to release my stuff ;/), I mostly stayed with my feet on the ground to try and keep things balanced alongside the original gameplay rather than go full conversion mod and kinda happy I was able to come up with these ideas or some assets first over taking anything I can from other mods just cause it look cool xD (that's what most mods these days do too cause most of the assets are the same assets, so keeping your own direction is really important if you don't want to lose your mod's way),
That's just my opinion though but I think most people reaches to the same conclusion when they mod long enough.


But don't get me wrong though, your comments are good thing and help me sometimes looks on things I didn't noticed when I've first did them, so keep them coming :)

Im glad that you take this feedback in a positive wasy. it was not meant to criticise, i know your mod its pretty old, and saw that some ideas were unique and not found anywhere else. i just thrive for the best gameplay to have and realism and balance and i think you should ask for permission and use other assets from others, not just do everything yourself.
I, myself have the skills to build my own mod but i realize that will be crazy work and because im lazy, i gave up, but thats why i say that sometimes you need to make thinks in the possible easiest way like taking assets from others and change what you think its necessarily, so you can make progress and move on faster.

I have an annoying bug in missed oportuniy map for 4 player, i choose to play with nod, an ally nod faction vs a scrin reaper and another nod faction. the bug is after some time playing, all harvesters, even from the ally stopped moving, those around refineries and even those who were harvesting tiberium. i had no money at that time and i had over 4 refineries. all harvesters i could see, just stopped moving and i took them fast and moved them manually. my ally was lucky because had money and built more from war factory. Indeed the tiberium geizers were mostly depleted but were at least two more tiberium geyzers untouched in the map for the harvesters to automatically go there.
the bug appeared when the enemy factions used support powers to shut my radar down, i think from the nod faction. i think maybe its a glitch with support powers, i put them moving again but it happened at least 3 times in my gameplay. please see why this happens. i consider it a crucial error that impedes the gameplay to be fun as intended.

That's a known bug that seems to happens because the Nod's harvesters use the rear harvest code (unlike GDI's and Scrin's which.. well use casual front harvests)

The only way to fix that bug is to make Nod's Harvester to harvest from the front, which I'm kinda don't want to do since it make the whole point of the model's design useless and make the harvester less unique overall :o.
