I reckon sales of SoaSE will go up 120% just because of SotP and Armada 3. Awesome work from both teams.

I know we've personally sold a lot of copies of the game for them, as I'm sure many other mods have as well. They really should be buying us top of the line computers to make mods for them.

This just reminds me of the American AT guy from the outfit when calling in reinforcements... "Finally! Men with balls like mine!"

I've noticed in the recent SA3 gameplay vid the defiant has a cloaking ability, not sure what it entails or how effective it is but since they were generous with their directional shield ability could we see an effective means of cloaking our UNSC Prowlers and also Covenant stealth ships?

I've already talked with them about this and it will be implemented at a later time.

Very cool. Is there any way to make the shielding hug the ships hull closer?

There is but the shield mesh needs to be higher poly and this can impact performance if their is huge fleet of them.

That bubble shield is canon. The CCS in the reach trailer has bubble shields.

Description

Something you'll notice in this shot that we haven't talked much about is the directional shielding effect we received from RC-1290 associated with the Star Trek Armada 3 mod that is releasing on Xmas!
