Two things:
1: is there a specific reason why the good/bad thingy is, uh, staticy

2:If it is a light cruiser have a plasma weapon THAT BIG

other than that it is awe inspring in its own little way. emphasis on the little

I am sure the static is to hide either unfinished or unrevealed ships. But the Plasma weapon is a good question.

Plasma is essentially just super-heated gas, which is why this ship can fire such large projectiles.
The plasma torpedos the cruiser fires are actually much smaller than the normal ones, and as a result are much less effective, while they still do considerable damage they aren't enough to mess with the balance.

2 jedi and thousands of potential ones... luke trained many to jedis after the beginning of the new republic (yes, that was coruscant at the end of episode 6, somehow the rebel scum got through the double shield and the huge fleet of the planet...)

Finally, we must elevate our selves from the star wars fanboys. WE must plot against them in secrecy.

The mod is entirely WIP, there's bound to be scaling issues at the moment.
