It's been too long since the last update...so here ya go! The Banshee in action! I apologize for the delay in updates but I've been SUPER busy at work. Give feedback, as always.

i think the banshee need more work needs too look more shiney if it can be done other wise that will do so i take it that the ground units are in 5 not in single by themself
Yes, infantry come is squads of four or five...with obvious exceptions like Hunters, which will be in pairs.
Yeah just add some shader effects to it but otherwise it looks awesome
It actually uses the same reflective shader that the other Covenant units use, it's just a bad angle for showing it off. The almost solid gray/blue skybox doesn't help either...
Screw it, the sandbox is awesome.
I like how you were able to get that streak effect.
It looks like that one Grunt got tired and decided to a break.
The streak is just an engine particle that's set to trail off, rather than stick to the bone it's emitted from. That sleeping anim. is what the grunts do (sometimes) when they sit idle :)

A teddy bear that always sleeps, eats, or (as the next comment says) breeds. They'll also bite your kneecaps off.

Will the elites hold the gun that way all the time? Or hold it in a ready position to fire in front of them?
I think he is not finished yet with the Elite infantry but good question because the Elite's always hold their weapons in a firing position (with some exeptions)
You are correct, the Elites are not yet finished. They are working, for now, so I've decided to put them off until other units are done and then go back and improve them. That's probably a ways off though because I plan to do Hunters next and then Jackals :)
The banshee seems to have really large Plasma Cannons, I'd make them smaller be a lil' bit. Also the canopy seems to be a little bubbly.
As with all my models, it follows schematics and profile references. There are a few dimensions I took liberties with but, on a whole, it is correct. You are entitled to your opinion though :)
No offense or anything, but how come all the units look...cut out from a newspaper of something in this photo? Is there some sort of effect you haven't added yet?
But anyways, I really do like all the work you've done in this mod! Nice semi-solo work! Everything looks really impressive.
I'm not too sure what you mean... Are you seeing an outline around the units or something? Please define what you mean but 'cut out'.
Yeah...I kinda see an outline. You know, like in certain shows where they use CGI stuff and it doesn't look good with the background, and it looks fake as a result. But, it may just be the sky.
I took a closer look and what you are seeing is the result of a minor edit I make to my screenshots. It's hardly noticeable in-game. I use a light sharpen effect on my screenshots to help the detail stand out because much of the detail is lost when you re-size the image for web viewing and I'm attempting to get it back in photoshop.
Ah...I see. Well, nice models. Everything seems to be chugging along quite nicely. I hope to see a beta in a couple of months! :D
I hope to have it out by then too...we'll see if my job schedule allows for that...

I did not... They went with somebody who had worked with them before, which I understand. Really though, to even be considered makes me happy; gives me hope that I can get there one day :)

Is the grunt sitting blue? I don't remember blue grunts. :P Just orange, red, white and green.
Some grunts are team-colored, so their colors may not be cannon.
