this is a little show in how such a building is done / reworked.
first i took the b94 object from tnlgg's russian building pack (link how it have looked is below in this text), and reworked the texture to get rid of this death look.
than i disliked the windows, so i loaded the object in 3dsmax and splitted the windows to a new mesh.
after that i disliked the roof shader, and i splitted them too.
in game mode i have seen that the light does not work correct, so i splitted up the frontmesh and maked it darker in diffuse source color.
the next day i was thinking about how cool it would be to let player go inside the building, but it was ofcourse empty :D so i "opened" the doors (-->meshsplit) and then i created all the walls, floors, ceilings, stairs you see here. (one day work). now i need to fill the rooms up.

sorry for lowest texture grafic quality, but i have to shot them from editor and editor is set to low because of heavy memory problems.
