Five Elite Mercenaries are send to an Island in middle of the 1980'. The Task: Find and Eliminate a local Drug Baron. Features: new Physic, real Sunmovement, Day/Night Change, Hunger/Food system, realistic (!) Weather system, Light/Dark viewing system for AI, 5 different Fractions on the Island. Complete Realistic simulation of nearly all things, including Sleep. New weapons, new Vehicles. Vehicles driving system is now exact (!) like GTA IV , FireSystem,... this mod is Heavily inspired by GTA, IGI, FarCry.

whats new:
-laser beam on players weapon, just to look how its possible and how it look
-laserbeam on enemies, that was a little bit harder, but remembering that nice nightlevel in crysis in the wood with enemies
and his laserbeams... i have such a scene too, so i needed to implement it
-laser glows correct at day and at night
-day night change
-vegetation illuminates correct to the real sun at night, evening, day and morning (yeah, that is not normal^^)
-skidmarks, terrain tire marks, engine knows where the tire is (grass, sand, asphalt) and draws different decals and additional
different brake decals.
-all tire marks react correct to all daytimes and enlightements and are bumpmapped (not visible in video because
compression)
-real vehicle front light (same for playerflashlight, wich enlights also terrain (in farcry it enlights only vegetation and
buildings).
-debugged vehicle physic handling: its now possible to crash mass of obstacles. now the cam stays behind the vehicle
(in preview versions the vehicle third person cam was bounced to the vehicle)
-crashparticle if vehicle crash something (the black ones)
-scratchparticle if vehicle slides on something (the yellow ones)

they feel a little bit...too solid to me maybe tone down the color or something cause they look like big @$$ red lines XD
yeah, i know exactly what you mean, i already tried to add a colorshader which would simulate light which is braked by fog, but its currently not possible to add this to that laser :/ maybe if i find a trick.
if it not helps i will make the laserbeams much thinner.
