i think it looks like a big shipping container so it would be cool if the building had an animation whenever a units about to come out that made the container either come out of the ground through a big metal door out of a big black hole or get put there by a large aircraft e.g. helicopter, plane.

Look at the other picture, that one shows 2 of them next to each other, and for a CC it is too small to me.

its a powerplant. u cant change the truth :D.
there are 2 reasons to proove it.
1st reason : its small sized in the shadow on the 1st picture.
2nd reason : it looks like a reactor since it has those shafts and those iron spikes on the sides.
