And now, something completely different: Curse episodes the indie Game! There will be a proper announcement of this (with new media etc...) but that will be later. Till that here's what will be different in the indie game compared to the mod:
- The first episode will be longer
- There will be a (properly implemented) melee combat system (this is alone will make it a completely different experience)
- New monsters... except the wormdemon
No more updates here (unless Valve releases the OS X modding tools for Half-Life 2, so I can make the Curse mod Mac compatible). Expect a new Curse episodes IndieDB profile soon...

I thought it needed a tutorial. took me about 5 deaths to figure out the combat mechanics. (quote) "ooh, mummies! is this what the weird purple visor is for? okay, click. click. click. ummm, how do I fight them? oh, they're attacking. maybe I need to hold the button down. nope. maybe it's oh no I'm dead." (repeat last two phrases as long as required)
any news on episode 2
This was a very... interesting mod. It was also pretty good! It genuinely did remind me of old "Mummy" movies. Plus the final boss was very interesting.
But by far the best part about the mod was the music. I idled at the starting screen just to hear the entire song!
Interesting concept. Although the combat was a bit too easy, and it would be neat if you added different classes for certain abilities and such.

THIS REALY SUCKS what were the **** am i in the game who am i and NO story badbye
First when i started it i was like wtf is this?! Then i noticed beautiful grapichs and fun way killing zombies. I started like the game . Then the game ended :( Grapichs 9/10 mapping 9/10 gameplay 7-8/10. Diffrent kinda mod but not bad way , but i gotta say it was too short and there was too less traps & puzzle. 8/10 for the game.
