I dont like the "Games for Windows" thing, or the EA logo (Obivously), but it's cool!
I like the box art, until i saw the EA sign.....
Note that the logo next to it is Westwoods last logo before they were liquidated. The EA logo is just for my legal protection due to the nature of this content since in reality they do legally own C&C and due to the fact that I am technically "borrowing" their SAGE engine which they also own.

I like the art indeed, but the text needs some touching up I think. It's too blurry and has a lack of image quality, it's more noticeable because of the backgrounds higher quality. Nice though. =)
The text should definitely get reworked. What I see now is just a rough cut out of the logo that has been sharpened too much and is full of visual artifacts.
But that also applied to some things in game, like when you choose sides from the main menu.
