I take it the holes are in a set configuration, and don't simply get dug around under the feet of where-ever the soldiers are standing?

Nice Schützenlöcher, my Grandmother say that the Russian T34 drove over the Foxhole with one Track direct over it and then turn a few minutes until the there is no hole and only german meatsauce, but i see same tactic in an german training film for Panthertank crews. I like this addition for the Game but in real its not funny to sit in a cold rainy night in such a hole until the Water reach over your boots, brrrr !

This sounds like the scene from the film Stalingrad and I don't think the tank crews actually turned over it as it would expose the back/side of the tank to the enemy. In addition Foxholes were dug to be a protection against tanks rolling over you.

See the extra depth? Once a tank started to roll over you, you could just sit down and have 2 feet space between you and the tank threads.

Would make the collision model too big. At the moment your infantry won't be able to pass through it.

Description

Greetings, we have been busy so we are still pending to finish the second & third video for Ostheer; so we decided to post some models we have finished.

A simple but effective "structure", a hole in the ground will provide Ostheer soldiers good cover, although Commonwealth trenches are better. Only five soldiers(up to two squads) can be garrisoned; foxholes are granted by the Fortress Army Tree. Model and animations by Walki.
