Oh that's awesome.
Although I'm no friend of light ents ...
I would probably have used light_spots only and let the reflected light enlighten the ceiling.
But that's just me.

Source only bounces light, sadly not reflect light off of water surfaces. A light bulb in that kind of scene is circumferential anyways, and would cast a light in that manner.
