There's a crosshair in that screenshot. Look again ;)
The mod does have ironsights, though!
Ah, yes, saw it when clicked "view original". And that's good that no iron sights. I'm not a fan of them in Half-Life 2 for some reason.

I'm ******* tired of hearing that. If there's something wrong, SAY WHAT'S WRONG.
Incorrectly that the mod had died, and that's all you've done over a long time. L4D style for your mod looks terrible. I believe that the next update will be a demonstration and a surprise for us =)
I wouldn't really call any of the effects "Left 4 Dead" stylized. Left 4 Dead uses stark contrasting of elements to depict dark versus light, as par to f its atmosphere.
However mostly all engines and/or games now days have these type of effects.
