C&C: ShockWave is an enhancement mod for C&C Generals: Zero Hour. But, the Phalanx is a naval weapon, mounted on US Navy ships

Why the hell does it matter if it's on a rocky boat or on steady land? A guns a guns, people, and this one is sweet.

Doesn't it make sense that they could just as easily put it on a structure as a ship, all it would require would be some recallibration
the Phalanx can be mounted on a trailer, boat, etc not just the Naval Fleet

when on map maker you can make stuff indestructible

guys, the phalanx is for naval for a reason. besides what its used for, it has gyroscope systems to balance and reduce the rocking of the ship vs what its firing at. on land that is completly unneccesary. so if you want it for land, you should redesign it.
